Have you ever been conscious of and uncomfortable with your body? If so, you are not the only one. Owing to external influences, some people have a perception of their bodies as imperfect and incomplete. You are the consciousness that exists within your body, in all uniqueness. You have lived with your body and achieved your goals with it. It is with you when you wake up and when you fall asleep. It is an intimate part of you. In the Love Your Body series, you will learn to conceive of your body as an entity that is working with you. When you perceive your body in such a way, your life will be engulfed with a general sense of well-being. You will be guided to embrace your body as your collaborator in all your past achievements and those that are about to come in the future. As you progress through the session, you will be filled with a general sense of calm and agreement with your life and your body. You will begin to be in sync with your body and develop a better appreciation for it.
