Interesting although quite succinct. General impressions of books summarized by the authors so it is a bit hard to decide if one wants to read one of the self-help books in particular. The authors tell us quite a bit about their own backgrounds and emphasize that one of the short-comings with most self-help books is that most of them are written by white heterosexual men which makes them less likely to resonate with women of all races.
