Recensioni di The Planets

A very accessible and extremely easy to digest overview of our Solar System, including how the planets have impacted one another over millions of years to lead to the perfect situation we’re in now for life to have evolved and exist on Earth. We’re taken through the skies, to each planet individually, stopping by the Asteroid Belt on the way. Pluto isn’t forgotten and neither are those mysterious bodies of rock and ice way, way out in the Kuiper Belt. Novices to solar exploration mustn’t worry about the content of this book as its early and clearly explained with a narrator who explains things calmly but with more than enough excitement that it becomes contagious.
