More YA than I expected so didn’t finish it as the characters were just a bit boring for me. Also definitely not the best enemy-to-lovers story out there

Loved it!

‘The Hurricane Wars’ - The stunning, epic new enemies to lovers romantasy, packed with passion, adventure and magic, by Thea Guanzon. Inspired by Southeast Asian mythology, Hurricane Wars, this dazzling enemies-to-lovers romance, features incredible world-building and a unique magic system. Honestly, this book is definitely my favourite romantasy!!! The writing is exquisite, the world building complex and vivid; layered and richly drawn, but easy to understand and very immersive! The slow burn, enemies to lovers romance is absolutely enthralling - I just could not get enough of them both! The chemistry was unreal and execution of the enemies to lovers trope felt so natural and satisfying. Then there’s the lush world overall; the intriguing side characters; the captivating plot; the dynamics and Political intrigue, the action and angst - all coming together to create a riveting epic fantasy- romance. And did I mention the marriage of convenience trope!!! It was as if Thea wrot
